REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Natlage, we are committed to providing high-quality e-learning programs that meet our customers’ needs. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that sometimes, our programs may not be the best fit for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to exchange it for another program of equal or lesser value. To be eligible for an exchange, you must not have completed more than 20% of the original program, and you must not have downloaded or accessed any of the program’s materials. Additionally, programs that include coaching or support services are not eligible for exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support accounts team at payments@natlage.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting an exchange. We will provide you with a list of eligible programs and guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
