Terms & Conditions for Job Postings & Recruitment Services

1. Introduction
Welcome to Natlage. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services for posting job advertisements and/or engaging our recruitment services. By accessing our website, posting a job, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to any company or individual posting a job or using our services.
  • “Natlage,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Natlage and its operators.
  • “Job Posting” refers to the advertisement of a job vacancy on our website where the Client manages the entire recruitment process.
  • “Recruitment Process” refers to the comprehensive suite of services offered by Natlage to manage the recruitment lifecycle on behalf of the Client.
  • “Candidate” refers to an individual who applies for a job posted on our platform.

3. Service Models and Fees

3.1. Basic Job Posting Service

  • Service Description: The Client posts a job advertisement on the Natlage website. The Client is solely responsible for receiving applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and making the final hiring decision.
  • Fee: A non-refundable fee of US$20 (Twenty United States Dollars) per job posting. The posting will be live for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Full Recruitment Service

  • Service Description: Natlage manages the entire recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to;
    • Actively searching for top talent in the market.
    • Efficiently reviewing applications to match the Client’s criteria.
    • Handling initial or in-depth interview stages.
    • Shortlisting Candidates.
    • Performing targeted assessments on shortlisted candidates to verify competencies through our candidate self-assessment.
    • Conducting thorough reference and background verifications.
    • Presenting the Client with a curated list of the best potential fits.
    • Assisting the Client in making the final hiring decision.
    • Facilitating the offer and negotiation process.
    • Facilitating the final interviews with the chosen candidate and Client.
    • Facilitating the police clearance process for the chosen candidate.
    • Drafting a legal contract for the chosen candidate.
    • Enrolling the chosen candidate in Natlage’s most related micro-learning program to advance their skills.
  • Fee: A fee equivalent to 10% of the annual gross salary offered to the Candidate hired through this service. The “annual gross salary” is defined as the total guaranteed cash compensation offered to the Candidate in the first year of employment, excluding bonuses, equity, or benefits.

4. Payment Terms

  • Basic Job Posting: Payment of the US$20 fee is required upfront before the job advertisement is published.
  • Full Recruitment Service: The 10% fee is due upfront unless otherwise specified. The hiring of a Candidate presented by Natlage obligates the Client to pay the full fee, regardless of the Candidate’s start date or subsequent employment duration.

5. Client Obligations

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the job role, company culture, and required qualifications.
  • For the Full Recruitment Service, the Client agrees to cooperate with Natlage and provide timely feedback on candidates.
  • The Client is solely responsible for complying with all applicable labour laws, including those in Zimbabwe, regarding the hiring and employment of Candidates.

6. Refund and Guarantee Policy

  • Basic Job Posting: Fees for the Basic Job Posting Service are strictly non-refundable.
  • Full Recruitment Service: All fees are final and non-refundable.
    • All fees are final and non-refundable. If the hired Candidate terminates their employment or is terminated for performance reasons within 90 days of their start date, Natlage will provide a replacement candidate search at no additional fee for a period of 60 days. The initial fee remains non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Natlage acts as an intermediary between Clients and Candidates. We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or retention of any Candidate.
  • The Client is solely responsible for any final hiring decision and for verifying a Candidate’s qualifications, experience, and legal right to work. The police clearance and background checks are facilitated but their ultimate accuracy relies on third-party institutions.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natlage’s total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Natlage for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Natlage website, including logos, text, and software, is the property of Natlage and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will process personal data of Clients and Candidates in line with applicable data protection laws.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

11. Service Area
Natlage’s Full Recruitment Service is currently available only within the Republic of Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients outside this jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms
Natlage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
